Our affiliates offer business resource groups open to all employees to foster networking and initiatives that support our commitment to diversity. Examples include Asian/Pacific Islander, African American, Hispanic/Latino, Indigenous People, those with or caring for people with disabilities, LGBTQIA+, Military and Veterans, and Women in Technology affinity groups. Continuous Improvement

Zions Bancorporation’s Everyone Counts Council includes employee representatives of all backgrounds from across the company. The council engages with affiliates, local DEI councils and business resources groups to share best practices by leveraging DEI work and performance metrics, and makes recommendations to our Executive Management Committee for implementation.
